Swim Across America, Inc., (SAA) is dedicated to raising money and awareness for cancer research, prevention and treatment through swimming related events. With the help of hundreds of volunteers nationwide and past and current Olympians, SAA is helping to find a cure for cancer through athleticism, community outreach and direct service.
On Saturday, August 6th, Team Feinstein will be participating in a swim at Morgan Park in Glen Cove, NY to raise money for cancer research and treatment priorities. Swimmers can choose to participate from a half mile, 1 mile, 5k or 10k swim. This is our 6th year participating in this event and we have built a rewarding relationship where the Feinstein Institute for Medical Research is a beneficiary of Swim Across America!
Last year Team Feinstein raised over $10,000 dollars. The event proved to be both fun and challenging for all those participating.
We need swimmers (.5/1-mile/5K/10K), boaters, kayakers, land volunteers and donors for the Sound to the Cove Swim. Please support us by sponsoring our swim and making a gift. Thank you for your generosity!
